Individual Appointments

• $25 non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment

• Deposit is credited toward your total at your appointment

• Deposit due within 48 hours of booking or your date/time may be released

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting deposit

Cancellations & Late Arrivals — Individual Appointments

• Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

• No-shows and late cancellations automatically forfeit the deposit.

• If running behind, please text us — we’ll accommodate if the schedule allows.

• More than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling out of consideration for other clients.

Group Bookings & Events

Perfect for bridal showers, birthdays, boutique collaborations, and more.

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date (due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice)

• Deposit officially reserves your booking, covers prep/materials, and is applied toward your balance

• Deposits are non-refundable, with limited flexibility for rescheduling:

  • 72+ hrs notice: One reschedule allowed within 60 days (based on availability)

  • Less than 72 hrs notice: Rescheduling not guaranteed, deposit may be forfeited

  • No-shows: No refund or credit issued
