Even gold-filled and sterling silver can react to your skin’s natural pH and oils.
You might notice:

• A temporary green tint (harmless + removable with micellar water or rubbing alcohol)

• Slight variation in gold hues (based on the alloy — it’s normal and uniquely yours ✨)

💬 What Materials Do You Offer?

YuYori offers:

• 14k Gold-Filled – A thick layer of 14k gold pressure-bonded over a brass core. It’s far more durable than gold-plated or vermeil jewelry and contains 5%+ real gold by weight.

• Sterling Silver (.925) – A timeless, elegant option with high durability and a soft glow.

• Add-ons – Charms, connectors, and clasps available

All pieces are nickel- and lead-free, making them hypoallergenic for most wearers.

⚠️ Note: If you have a known allergy to brass, you may prefer sterling silver or solid gold once it becomes available. Gold-filled jewelry still contains a brass core, and some highly sensitive skin types may react.

💬 Does It Hurt?

Not at all! The welding process is quick, safe, and completely painless.

There’s a tiny spark during the closure — but it never touches your skin. You’ll just feel a soft moment… and then it’s forever.

💬 How Long Does It Last?

Your piece is designed to last — depending on your lifestyle and the chain you choose, it can stay on for months or even years.

Keep in mind: These pieces are dainty and thinner chains may wear faster with heavy activity or frequent friction, while thicker pieces tend to last longer.

💬 Can I Wear My Permanent Jewelry Through TSA?

Yes — YuYori jewelry is TSA-friendly and completely travel-ready.
You can walk through airport security without needing to remove your pieces.
If you'd ever prefer, you can request a visual inspection — but it’s rarely needed.

✈️ So whether you're flying near or far, your jewelry can stay with you — just like it’s meant to.

💬 Can I Remove It?

Yes! If needed, you can gently cut your piece off with small scissors or nail clippers (we recommend snipping at the welded ring).

If you’d like to reattach it later, we offer re-weld services!

💬 What If It Breaks?

We know things happen. That’s why we offer:

• Complimentary re-welds within 7 days of your appointment

• $25 re-weld fee after 7 days

💡 If your chain is still in good condition, we may be able to reuse it!

💬 Can You Fix Jewelry Not From YuYori?

To ensure quality and safety, we do not weld or repair outside chains at this time.

💬 What If I Want To Shorten Or Lengthen My Piece Later?

At YuYori, each piece is custom-fitted with care — but we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed later on. Whether you’re shortening or lengthening a piece, we’re happy to help with a gentle rework service.

🧵 Reworking Fee

• Starts at $35

• Includes cutting, resizing, and re-welding the piece

• Final cost may vary depending on materials and complexity

➕ Additional Charges (if needed)

• + $15 per inch (gold-filled)

• + $10 per inch (sterling silver)

• Quotes available for unique chain styles or charm adjustments
