Thank you for choosing YuYori to be part of your upcoming event! We’re honored to bring the magic of permanent jewelry to your special gathering. This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for hosting a private YuYori experience, so everything runs smoothly and joyfully.

Host Responsibilities
Provide a clean, well-lit space with access to a working outlet and space for setup.
(YuYori will bring our own table and chairs. A battery or generator may be used if requested.)
Ensure guests arrive on time and understand that jewelry is welded and semi-permanent.
Notify YuYori of any parking restrictions, gate codes, or special instructions at least 24 hours prior.
If hosting in a business or pop-up venue, make sure all necessary approvals or permits are arranged in advance.
Booking & Guest Minimums
A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward your final total.
**Minimum total spend:**
$300 (before tax/tip) for small casual groups (2–4 guests)
Covers time, setup, and service only; jewelry pieces are charged per selection as per our Individual Pricing Menu.
$500 (before tax/tip) for larger groups (5+ guests) or custom prep
Group experiences typically accommodate 5–12 guests, but we’re happy to discuss custom sizes.
For larger events (13+ guests), extended booking times and higher minimums may apply. Please inquire for a custom quote.
**Final guest count and any special chain requests are due at least 5 days before the event.**
We’ll try to accommodate last-minute changes, but they are not guaranteed.
**Guest Count & Additional Guests:**
Your event fee includes up to [X] guests as confirmed at booking.
Additional guests will be charged at standard individual pricing, to be paid at the time of their service.
Payment may be made by the host or by each guest.
Last-minute additions may result in longer wait times or limited chain selection.
What’s Included
3-hour booking window (includes setup, breakdown, and welding)
A curated selection of gold-filled and sterling silver chains, connectors, and charms
All tools, materials, and a trained welder
One complimentary re-weld within 7 days (then $25 per re-weld)
Optional: jewelry care cards and/or mini gift bags upon request (additional charges may apply)
Travel, Timing, and Fees
Events beyond a 20-mile radius from Tustin, CA may incur a travel fee — quoted based on round-trip distance.
Setup begins ~20–30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Your event time begins at the agreed-upon start, not at setup.
Additional time (if we are available to stay) will be billed at $150/hour, prorated in 15-minute increments.
Policies
All guests receiving jewelry will be required to sign a separate waiver and consent to YuYori’s standard Client Policies.
**Cancellations**
Your deposit is non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Events canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
**Re-welds**
One complimentary re-weld is included within 7 days. After that, re-welds are $25 by appointment
If your jewelry breaks or detaches within 7 days of your appointment and the original chain is still intact, YuYori will gladly re-weld it at no cost.
If the original chain or charm is lost or damaged beyond reuse, a new piece will need to be purchased at regular pricing.
**Payments**
The remaining balance is due the day of the event, after setup and before teardown.
Accepted: Card (via Square), Venmo, Zelle
Guests are responsible for any upgrades or add-ons not included in the package (such as charms, extra inches, or upgrades to anklets or necklaces), unless the host chooses to cover these on their behalf.
Travel fees, deposits, and any pre-arranged add-ons (like gift bags) must be confirmed in advance and are the responsibility of the host unless otherwise agreed.
**Deposit Policy**
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. This deposit:
Officially reserves your booking
Compensates for time, preparation, and materials
Is applied toward your total balance
⇾ Your deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, but we do offer limited flexibility for rescheduling:
72+ hours notice: You may reschedule your event once, based on availability, within 60 days.
Less than 72 hours notice: Rescheduling is not guaranteed, and your deposit may be forfeited.
No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.
Additional Notes
All tools are thoroughly sanitized between each appointment to maintain a clean, safe experience.
YuYori is not liable for any medical conditions, skin reactions, loss, damage, or injury that may arise from services or materials. Permanent jewelry involves welding with a precision welder — by booking, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility.
